Sky Diving In Dubai

Skydiving in Dubai is an exhilarating experience, offering some of the most iconic views in the world. The city is famous for its tandem skydiving experiences, where you jump from an altitude of around 13,000 feet, free-falling at speeds of up to 120 miles per hour before your parachute opens for a smooth descent.

The most popular drop zone is over Palm Jumeirah, one of Dubai’s most recognizable landmarks, where you can enjoy breathtaking aerial views of the man-made island, the city skyline, and the Arabian Gulf. Another popular location is the Desert Drop Zone, where you can glide over the golden sand dunes for a more nature-filled experience.

Skydive Dubai is the most renowned operator, offering professional training, world-class instructors, and top-notch safety measures. Beginners can opt for a tandem jump with a professional instructor, while experienced divers can explore solo jumps or advanced formations.

Make sure to book your jump well in advance, as spots tend to fill up quickly, especially during peak tourist seasons. Safety briefings and gear fitting are provided before the jump, ensuring you have a thrilling yet safe experience.

To get to SkyDive Dubai, the easiest way is by car or taxi, but there are also public transportation options.

    • Desert Drop Zone: For the desert drop zone, you will need to travel further out, about 35 km from the city center. It is located on the Al Ain Road (E66), and taxi or ride-hailing services like Uber or Careem are good options.
  2. By Public Transportation:
    • Palm Drop Zone: You can take the Dubai Metro to Damac Properties Station on the Red Line, and from there, you can take a short taxi ride (about 10 minutes) or walk (about 30 minutes).
